ABOUT ME

Carol Magno

I began to become interested in these beautiful Vedic teachings, diving into a deep search for my true self. Practicing yoga, without a doubt, was what woke me up the most. Little by little, with a lot of dedication, I removed the layers, the masks, the conditioning that wasn't mine and everything that took me away from my essence, from my being.

Yoga takes us to the state of transcending our own mind, transcending the conditioning of the mind and knowing a thing as it is. With the meditative state, I began to perceive the truth, because when the mind is silent and calm, this perception of the truth appears. I learned to respect “my temple” (body), understanding that everything caused me a reaction.

I started taking care of my food, my lifestyle, what I watch and became more attentive. So I learned and understood that happiness comes from the inside out and not from the outside in. That there was no point in taking care of one's outer beauty when the inside was strange, incomplete, lifeless.

When I reconnected with my essence, happiness came with everything and external factors began to enter the flow. So I became more and more interested in yoga and Ayurvedic medicine so I could share and help people see the delight that is  BEING.

Vedic science is also called yogic science, as it is based on a special cosmology, a unique understanding of the cosmic evolution of life that we also find in the yoga universe. One complements the other. Practicing yoga strengthens and intensifies our mind and spirit.

I gained practical experience in India, where I dedicated myself to numerous immersion therapies in self-knowledge, as well as training in yoga, ayurveda, ayurvedic nutrition, panchakarma and nutrition.

These knowledge and skills qualify me to guide individuals on their journey to optimal well-being. Today, an Ayurvedic nutritionist and well-being influencer, I am committed to leading individuals towards self-knowledge in a holistic way.
